THE ACADEMY

With 25 years experience as an employer in the Outdoor Courses industry working with instructors at all levels, we have designed this fast track outdoor instructor course to be your gateway into working as an Outdoor Instructor. For many years a career as an outdoor instructor has been seen to be a part time job opportunity, but with the growing interest in outdoor education and leisure time, many centres like us employ on a full time basis. Unique to this course is our very high level of instruction, low ratios including 1:1 personal development and the opportunity to gain all you need to step straight into the role of an outdoor instructor.

Each course student will have personal weekly appraisals and their development closely followed to ensure they are on track to complete as much as possible in individual skill levels and the all important qualifications.

Our outdoor instructor training course will involve a lot of hard work, practical and theory based, to make the most of this training. The course is based on a 5 day week as compulsory for all students, however there will be the opportunity to have further coaching as our team of instructors will be available seven days a week for you to really get the most from this course and give you the maximum chance of gaining your qualifications.
